D.J Campbell went from Ryman premier side Yeading to Premiership Birmingham City in just one season. In between he signed for Brentford and it was there that the whole country saw what he could do as he scored two goals against Sunderland in the FA Cup. Two days later Steve Bruce signed him for Birmingham. It is a massive jump in class for him but he is a fantastic little player and once he finds his feet at this level he should start banging them in.
