Craig Bellamy:
. In my opinion the fastest player in the league.
. Most effective running into space.
. Was the best partnership for newcastle whilst playing with shearer since shearer and ferdinand.
. Not the most deadly finisher.
. Not the best in the air.
. Gobby.
. Would still be a newcastle player if souness wasnt appointed.
Bellamy – Pacy and a constant menace to most defences. Irritatingly gobby and booked frequently and needlessly. Not the best at converting chances and would struggle to finish a Janet and John book
His best attribute is definately his pace, its a valuable commodity in any premiership striker and simply being faster than most defenders gets him a lot of chances.
His worst attribute is probably his work-rate, although I’m clutching at straws on this one because hes been excellent since coming to Blackburn.
